Nitin is Chief of Strategy & Insights at Kaleido Intelligence as well as the lead analyst for financial services. He brings over 10 years of experience working with financial institutions, fintech companies and vendors across various digital technology sectors.
Nitin is specialised in research, strategy development and production of cutting-edge market intelligence reports, forecasts and consulting services. He is well experienced in leading ad-hoc research and projects for leading payment vendors and banks. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and frequently interviewed by the media.
Nitin previously worked as Head of Research with Juniper Research, leading the research team. He developed more than 50 research areas for Juniper in telecoms and financial services sectors, including the series on Contactless Payments, Ticketing, Digital Remittances and Digital Banking.
Steffen is Chief of Research at Kaleido. He is an experienced data analyst and has authored numerous articles and reports covering Remote Payments, Fraud, Fintech, IoT and mobile technology strategies. He is the lead analyst for Payments & IoT at Kaleido.
Steffen is vastly specialised in market sizing and forecasts alongside leading bespoke consulting services for global payments and technology brands. Steffen is a regular keynote speaker and panellist at industry events.
Prior to joining Kaleido, he was a Principal Analyst at Juniper Research. He developed more than 25 research areas for Juniper, pioneering sectors including AI in Fintech and Online Payment Fraud. He has previous experience as an in-house FMCG analyst.
Jon is responsible for all commercial operations at Kaleido Intelligence, alongside spearheading the sales and marketing activities of the company.
Jon has worked with a diverse client base, helping them utilise the power of both syndicated and custom research solutions, including global brands such as American Express, Barclaycard, Citigroup, Discover, PayPal, UniCredit and Visa amongst others. He is a people person who thrives on helping clients realize the power of market intelligence.
Prior to his role at Kaleido Intelligence, Jon worked for Mobilesquared, and prior to that Juniper Research; in each role, he oversaw Sales & Marketing activities, grew revenues and aided clients in gaining maximum value from research services.
Windsor is Principal Research Consultant at Kaleido. He has over 20 years of industry experience delivering consulting projects within the financial sector, including bespoke forecasting, due diligence, strategic planning and go to market reports. He is responsible for Kaleido’s ongoing research and bringing his expertise to custom research projects.
Windsor previously worked for Juniper Research as Head of Forecasting, for whom he wrote nearly 100 research reports covering areas including contactless payment and cryptocurrencies, alongside developing the company’s online forecast database. He has also worked as an analyst for Analysys Mason, Espicom Business Intelligence and Kagan World Media. He is a regular speaker at industry events such as Blockchain Expo, TRUSTECH and Mobile World Congress.
